Reach island from Panama City is the Columbus route by the Northern Corridor to the King of Sabanitas (half an hour by car). From there turn Portobelo - La Guaira (one additional hour) by excellent paved road. La Guaira takes boat to the island (three minutes trip) cost two dollars per person. Cars are kept in a secure parking in La Guaira, just opposite the Pier (two dollars a day parking).
